Mogo – 15 Module Skillion and 4 Module Skillion

BuiltQuik partnered with Mogo Local Aboriginal Land Council (LALC) and local Indigenous employment networks to design and deliver new homes for two families in Mogo.

This was a deeply community-driven project, guided by local architect Paul Dolphin Designs and shaped by Madeline – an aspiring designer and family member – who played a key role in turning her vision into reality, from DA approval through to construction.

Together, they delivered two modern, climate-resilient family homes alongside two secondary dwellings (granny flats).

Three local trades assistants – two family members directly impacted by bushfire, and their cousin – joined the BuiltQuik team to install the prefabricated frames. They continued on through the internal fit-out phase, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of trades over nine months.

This project resulted in four newly completed homes in Mogo, with 11% of total funding allocated to Indigenous employment and businesses, and 75% of trades and materials sourced locally.
