BuiltQuik’s semi-modular skeletal framing system is a complete structural solution for modular floor, roof and bracing requirements for single and double storey construction of residential, educational, and commercial spaces.

Virtually any cladding material can be used for lockup and interior walls to meet the onsite timeframe and/or aesthetic requirements of a new build. BuiltQuik can supply infill walling systems as part of a package, or you could source this locally as well.

As the structure is pre-certified, only non-load bearing, externally wind rated walls and partition style internal stud frames are required, further fast-tracking your build timelines and reducing build complexity.

The BuiltQuik pre-engineered steel components are packaged and delivered to site, then assembled in place and completed with traditional construction techniques. We combine the onsite cost- and time-efficiency benefits of prefab with the customisable finishes of conventional buildings.

The core technology behind the BuiltQuik system is the use of BuiltQuik’s standardised, pre-certified steel frame components which can be connected in various ways to create a building’s structural frame. These simple connections and prefabricated modular panels mean that the pre-certified BuiltQuik frames can be installed in a matter of hours.

Columns connect floor frames to the roof and bracing components, forming an integrated structure that is certified independently from any internal walls or cladding materials. BuiltQuik frames can be supplied with up to category 5 cyclone and seismic ratings.

Builders can become registered with BuiltQuik to be a referral partner in your region to support the new home market. BuiltQuik can be your design and construction partner for rapid, new custom builds – without locking you into a project for two years with trade and material delays. BuiltQuik will provide design support, engineering, and frame supply, and installation if required. Regional trade groups are also able to easily install BuiltQuik structures with their own crew. BuiltQuik can also provide tender support to collaborating builders, and additional material supply services.
