Nowra Hill, NSW – 3-Module Music Studio

BuiltQuik delivered a standard 3 Module Offset gable roofed frame, for a standalone music studio at Nowra Hill, NSW. The project involved full design-phase support, including architectural and structural engineering, footing design, and certification. BuiltQuik supplied and installed the pre-certified frame system, which was then completed by the homeowner builder in coordination with local subcontractors.

 

The fit-out of the modular frame was customised to meet the client’s spatial and functional needs for a dedicated music studio, harnessing the easterly aspect and panoramic views. BuiltQuik’s involvement ensured structural accuracy and efficient site installation, while allowing the homeowner to manage finishing selections and internal fit-out directly with local trades. The build was completed in a 3-month timeframe, demonstrating the adaptability of BuiltQuik’s system for small-scale, specialised applications on difficult, sloped sites.
