Maraylya, NSW – 2 Module Skillion

This project delivered a 2-module skillion roof structure. BuiltQuik managed the design phase, including architectural and structural engineering, before supplying and installing the full frame. The client, acting as an owner-builder, coordinated local subcontractors for the remaining construction.

The build was completed in 4 months, with BuiltQuik providing frame installation and ongoing support to site trades. The custom floor plan allowed the client to select bathroom layouts and internal finishes to meet their specific requirements.

This project demonstrates BuiltQuik’s modular system operating within an owner-builder model, combining fast frame delivery with flexibility for local trade engagement.
