Our Construction System

How BuiltQuik Works

An innovative pre-certified steel framing system for customisable, affordable buildings

BuiltQuik was developed by Lifting Point Group to ease global construction pressures for regional communities, homeowners and developers both in Australia and abroad to be a locally delivered solution. The BuiltQuik system considers the limitations of construction in developing regions, such as transport, material availability, trade availability, constructability, cost, environmental, training, local economic impact and cultural concerns – when we found the balance of these priorities, the BuiltQuik construction system was born.

BuiltQuik delivers practical, flexible and quickly deployable solutions for housing, community facilities, schools, public infrastructure, and more. Our versatile, collapsible construction system is built for transportability, local assembly, and long-term impact. Designed in line with environmental conditions and for ease of construction, our systems can be delivered in volume and built using regional supply chains, creating jobs and stimulating local economies.

We work in collaboration with government, community housing providers, Indigenous organisations, and NGOs to design and deliver projects that meet both operational needs and community expectations.

Our product range caters for regions with category 3-5 cyclones and earthquake seismic ratings, while being mass-customisable, building code certified, and fabricated with sustainability and affordability in mind always.

BuiltQuik Compared to Other Construction Systems:

Conventional blockwork and traditional stud frame building have been used for centuries. They require significant time and resources and are dependent on tradespeople from start to finish but allow full flexibility in building dimensions and layout.

Modular construction typically uses prefabricated building blocks, often with partial fit out offsite. This method generally has limited floorplan options and is typically used for constructions of larger buildings such as hospitals and apartments or project homes.

BuiltQuik lies in between conventional and modular construction. The structural steel frame is prefabricated but the fit out is done onsite. This allows the frame to be erected quickly, reducing onsite risk and reliance on skilled trades, while maintaining flexibility in the design and finishes.
