By allowing building designers and architects to develop custom homes and facilities designs within our structures, each project can be purpose built, while being delivered at consistent, affordable construction costs, with fast-tracked build timelines and local trade engagement.

Originally founded in regional New South Wales, BuiltQuik has built a network of partnered architects, across NSW, now also services the Northern Rivers NSW, south-east Queensland, and up the east coast of Queensland.  We are also establishing a national client base, seeking design partnerships in the Northern Territory, Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania – supporting the introduction of the BuiltQuik system into these markets.

BuiltQuik’s partnership opportunity focuses on providing designers and clients a cost-effective and predictable way to deliver custom, site and climate-specific buildings, at affordable prices, making smart prefab accessible to the regions you service.

BuiltQuik’s partnered architects and building designers can also create pre-developed home plans for recurring use with our design partner service agreement, respecting the intellectual property (IP) in every new home design that vests with the designer. 

Partnered designers and clients will get access to BuiltQuik’s library of standard assemblies and add-on parts to design with, within the 3D environment. We can also work through a bespoke design process to meet specific spatial and aesthetic requirements of virtually and low-rise development projects, from single-storey homes to three-storey walk-up unit block residences.
