About Us
BuiltQuik Pty Ltd was established by Bruce Mullaney and his sons to commercialise the Lifting Point Group's collapsible modular housing system. Having worked as a residential and commercial builder for 35 years, Bruce was driven to develop a housing system that could help solve the global housing crisis, particularly for developing countries and economic regions. After considering all the different factors that needed to be considered (transport, material availability, constructability, cost, environmental and cultural factors etc.) and with countless product refinements, the patented BuiltQuik framing system was developed. BuiltQuik is working closely with its key collaborators to deliver the best solution to regional housing procurement.

BuiltQuik Pty Ltd is an Australian enterprise with a mission: to tackle the global housing crisis through local community engagement, standardised designs, and using cross-functional software. The underlying design philosophy behind BuiltQuik’s products is to use readily-available, standardised building components which can be easily packaged for transport, and simply assembled on-site. The pre-certified modular parts can be produced locally, engaging regional suppliers, fabricators and contractors, which supports the sustainable development of local construction supply chains, and stimulates the local economy.
