This build was won through public tender in Australia with a partnered Aboriginal builder PSG Holdings. The design was developed to meet standard NSW Government community housing design requirements by a regional builder designer Michael Weigman. The selected frame design was a 15-module structure with add-on features made of additional prefabricated components. The project comprised of an A7-rated 15-module skillion roof structure with add-on garage, facade, and veranda modules.
The build was completed in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic in under 6 months after breaking ground onsite. BuiltQuik coordinated with the onsite foreman Darren for installation of the frame.
